Customers and partners must comply with applicable laws and provide accurate documentation for every shipment. Cargo must be properly packed, declared, and collected after all agreed charges have been paid.
Demurrage, exceptional clearance charges, dangerous goods, and domestic transportation are handled according to the agreed quotation and applicable regulations. Customers authorising another person to collect cargo must provide written consent.
