TM YOLA IMPORT & EXPORT NIG. LTD TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR LOGISTICS SERVICES

NOW TM Yola Import & Export Nig Ltd wishes to enter into an agreement of logistic services with all our customers. And humbly declared and made the following stipulations as terms and condition of the agreement which are as follows: -

  1. That client/partner should comply with all applicable laws and government regulations of any country to, or from which the Cargo may be carried including those relating to the packing, carriage, or delivery of the cargo. And shall furnish such information and attached such document to the air
    way bill and bill of landing. And also, a client/partner shall not engage in any form of secret profit with Tm Yola staff in and outside the company
  2. That a client/partner shall not disclose any confidential information with respect to his goods except and unless with the consent of TM YOLA management. And also, Payment of services rendered is depended on the services provided. And a client/partner is to pay for the services completely before taking and collecting his goods except on a special consideration
  3. That amount for late payment and collection of goods shall be regulated by TM YOLA company. And also, our client/partner should not engage in any agreement for the supply of military or paramilitary wears without the appropriate permission of the Nigerian government. And also, Fragile/ perishable goods shall be packed in a proper custody and shall be declared as such by the airline to avoid damage. And TM Yola Import & Export Nig Ltd shall not be responsible for any damage.
  4. Furniture and other contravention items e.g. computer accessories, mobile phones e.t.c has no fixed/ standard rate/ amount of clearance is subject to reliance by the government agencies. And also, TM Yola Import & Export Nig Ltd shall hand over goods to the client/partner completely without living any part with the company. And also, TM Yola Import & Export Nig Ltd shall not be responsible for any dangerous goods (D.G).
  5. Any client/partner delayed in collecting his goods, will be responsible for the payment of demurrage of one hundred Naira only N100 per each bag on a daily basis after two weeks’ time.
  6. Where the client/partner defaulted in carrying his goods after the period of six months, Tm Yola Import & Export Nig Ltd TM Yola Import & Export Nig Ltd will take the goods to court and claim his money. And also, the client/partner shall made complete payment either in cash or by bank transfer before collecting his good/Cargo.
  7. TM Yola Import & Export Nig Ltd shall not be responsible for domestic transportation/supply. The client/partner shall be responsible in event of any inconveniences. And also, in event of delegation or representation for collecting of goods, the client/partner shall expressly give authority / consent letter to his agent/representative to collect the goods on his behalf
  8. Shall kindly acknowledge this agreement after agreeing with the terms and condition of this agreement
